We use a Minimum Expenditure to ensure each project gets the level of care, creativity, and quality it truly deserves. This threshold varies based on the type and scope of your project, but it exists for a simple reason: to give us the ability to do our best work for you. It allows us to source beautiful, high-quality materials, partner with trusted vendors, and fully invest in the design process from start to finish. Most importantly, it ensures we can deliver a home that not only looks stunning but feels like you—without compromising on the details that make it special.
