I’d like to see one-of-a-kind and unique elements used in my design. I am not interested in what everyone else has. I love the idea of a sofa or a rug that was designed and custom made specifically for my home.I am happy with retail or more affordable items. It doesn’t really matter to me if it’s a sofa that a lot of other people have. As long as it’s affordable and looks good, I’m happy. What are your feelings surrounding the project’s timeline? I need this project finished as soon as possible. I got a late start and am now feeling the pressure to finish it quickly, so I would like to get started immediately.I am flexible with timeline. My ultimate goal is that the work is done right. If remodeling, do you plan to live in the residence while undergoing construction? We like to say to "think of your budget like a pie." If you have $200,000, we have to decide how much goes to flooring, to millwork, to tile, and to furniture. Your Primary Bedroom may get luxury treatment, while guest rooms receive less investment. Without knowing your budget, we can’t tell if a dream range hood is realistic, or if we should prioritize better flooring. So when we ask for your budget, we are really asking "How do you want to slice the pie?" Does the budget meet our Minimum Expenditure? (this is essentially a baseline investment necessary to deliver the design results we are known for).
